Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully-automatic box wrapping machine, the machine comprising a bracket, a box conveying mechanism, a box lifting mechanism, a box fixing mechanism, a box rotating mechanism, a box adhesive-tape wrapping mechanism, an adhesive-tape cutting mechanism and an adhesive-tape edge folding mechanism, wherein the box conveying mechanism comprises a geared motor (8) and a conveyor shaft (22); the box lifting mechanism comprises a box blocking plate (62), a box supporting plate (6), and two air cylinders in bridge connection with each other; the box fixing mechanism comprises a support plate spring (112) and a box pressing plate (113); the box rotating mechanism comprises a stepping motor (5) and a gear set; and the box adhesive-tape wrapping mechanism comprises a winding machine and an adhesive-tape seat (712); the adhesive-tape cutting mechanism comprises a cutter cylinder (79) and a cutting cutter (711); and the adhesive-tape edge folding mechanism comprises a cylinder set and a sucking pipe set. The fully-automatic box wrapping machine can fold the head of an adhesive-tape so as to facilitate the unwrapping of adhesive-tape, and thereby, cutting tools, such as a paper cutter, are not required during unwrapping the box, and the head of the adhesive-tape can be immediately found and can be unwrapped just using hands. The present invention has a significant effect and deserves to be popularized.
