A fully automatic chromatography column having a movable beam, which is provided with a door-type support (10); a detachable column tube (20) is provided within the door-type support (10), and the column tube (20) is internally provided with a column head (30) that moves vertically, a lower part of the column tube (20) being provided with a screen assembly (40); the column head (30) is provided thereon with an upper pneumatic nozzle (51) used for adding a filler, and a lower part of the screen assembly (40) is provided with a lower pneumatic nozzle (52) used for discharging a filler; an upper part and a side surface of the upper pneumatic nozzle (51) are provided with a filler inlet (513), a chromatography port (514) and a cleaning port (515) respectively; an upper beam (11) of the door-type support (10) may move vertically, and the door-type support (10) is connected to a driving mechanism (60); the driving mechanism (60) is connected to the upper beam (11), and the upper beam (11) is connected to the column head (30); the column head (30) may move vertically under the drive of the upper beam (11), and the column tube (20) may move upward during cleaning by means of the drive of the upper beam (11); the drive mechanism (60) and the upper pneumatic nozzle (51) are electrically and pneumatically connected to a control device (70) respectively.
