Abstract:
A fully automatic closing sewing machine, which includes: machine frame (5), machine plate (6), a sewing head (7) and a cloth pulling device fixed on the frame.The head is equipped with only one sewing machine needle (8). A driving mechanism provided in the sewing drives the needle to perform successively closing seam which is formed with different direction seam. The machine also includes a contact screen (13) which is provided for inputting control instructions, and a controller which is electrically connected with the driving mechanism for receiving the instructions. The cloth pulling device is provided with an inductor (18) for detecting the relative position of the pulling presser foot about the sewing head. The output end of the inductor is connected with the controller. The controller is connected with the servo motor (115) of the cloth pulling device for receiving the transmission signals of the inductor and changing the signals over electric control signals. The machine can sew sewing lines of both sides and bottom side of a closing without stopping and turning the cloth by hand, and can cut off the cloth during sewing. The machine is efficient and fast with good quality.
