Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully-automatic magnetic bead cleaning device, comprising a bottom plate (1), a cleaning disk (13) for placing several reaction cups (12), a rotating shaft module for driving the cleaning disk (13) to rotate regularly, a magnetic bead attachment module for attaching magnetic beads in the reaction cup (12), a liquid suction module for suctioning liquid in the reaction cup (12), a liquid adding module for adding liquid into the reaction cup (12), and a uniform mixing module for performing a uniform mixing operation on the reaction cup (12). The uniform mixing module comprises a uniform mixing seat (29) mounted on a stand column (32) in a sliding manner, a uniform mixing oscillation motor (39), a uniform mixing lifting motor (40), several uniform mixing bearing units mounted on the uniform mixing seat (29), and several uniform mixing pressing units mounted on a fixing plate (14). The whole cleaning process can be completed by rotating the cleaning disk by a full circle, the cleaning efficiency is improved, the magnetic beads and the cleaning liquid are fully and uniformly mixed, the uniform mixing effect is good, the uniform mixing time is short, and the uniform mixing cost is low.
