Abstract:
This invention provides a fully automatic manufacturing system for a gravure
engraving roll that can fully automate a technique comprising forming a silicon
dioxide film on a copper plating layer in a gravure cylinder using a perhydropolysilazane
solution for use of the silicon dioxide film as a surface reinforcing covering
layer and can realize unmanned operation even during night time. The fully automatic
manufacturing system is a system for manufacturing a gravure engraving roll
for use in gravure printing and comprises copper plating means, gravure cell
forming means, perhydropolysilazane coating means, film formation heat treatment
means, first automatic transfer means, automatic carrying means, and second
automatic transfer means.
