Abstract:

A fully-automatic multiple decorative trim sewing device comprises a sewing apparatus (1) and a material feeding apparatus (2). The sewing apparatus (1) comprises a multi-needle sewing machine (11), a decorative trim material feeding apparatus (12), a first working platform (13), an upper wheel assembly (14), and a lower wheel assembly (15). A lower wheel (15-1) of the lower wheel assembly (15) is a driving wheel. The material feeding apparatus (2) comprises a material placing platform assembly (21), a material loading platform assembly (22), a presser foot assembly (23), and a secondary presser foot driving assembly (28). A material placing panel (21-3) of the material placing platform assembly (21) is disposed on a material placing frame (21-1) and is capable of moving forwards or backwards. A material loading platform panel (22-2) of the material loading platform assembly (22) is fixedly disposed on a material loading platform mounting frame (22-1). The material loading platform panel (22-2) is connected with a first panel (13-3) of the first working platform (13) and the material placing panel (21-3). The presser foot assembly (23) comprises a presser foot (23-1). By means of the secondary presser foot driving assembly (28), the presser foot (23-1) is disposed above the material placing panel (21-3), the material loading platform panel (22-2), and the first panel (13-3), and is capable of moving leftwards or rightwards. The presser foot (23-1) is used to press decorative trim cloth positioned on the material placing panel (21-3) and to be sewed, and convey the same to the first panel (13-3) via the material loading platform panel (22-2).
