Disclosed in the present invention is a fully-automatic multipurpose vehicle running board, relating to a vehicle running board having a lifting function. Vehicle running boards are mounted on two sides of a bottom of an automobile. Each vehicle running board comprises an upper running board and a lower running board, and further comprises a connecting rod device arranged between the upper running board and the lower running board, and a power mechanism for controlling the connecting rod device to move. The upper running board and the lower running board are unfolded under the action of the connecting rod device to jack up the automobile. Compared with the prior art, the running board of the present application has a lifting function, so that not only positions of the upper and lower running boards can be adjusted to enable a person to conveniently get in the automobile by means of the running boards, but also the automobile is additionally provided with a lifting function; the lower running board can jack up the automobile in special cases; and in addition, a lifting device and the running board are integrally formed without additionally occupying the space of the bottom of the vehicle.
