Abstract:

Disclosed in the present invention is a fully-automatic PCR fluorescence quantitative analyzer, comprising a rack. A temperature control system and a photoelectric detection module are provided on the rack; the temperature control system comprises a heated lid module and a temperature control module provided below the heated lid module; the temperature control module comprises a supporting plate, and at least two temperature adjusting modules are juxtaposed on the supporting plate; each temperature adjusting module comprises a temperature adjusting base, a heat well base is provided on the temperature adjusting base, and a heat well is provided on the heat well base; a temperature control assembly used for controlling the temperature in the heat well is provided between the temperature adjusting base and the heat well base; the heated lid module comprises a heated lid assembly and a support assembly, the support assembly comprises a support body, a specimen tube placing plate is mounted on the support body, and the heated lid assembly is provided above the specimen tube placing plate and is opened and closed with respect to the sample pipe placing plate; and the temperature control system further comprises a temperature zone switching driving mechanism and a separation and combination driving mechanism which are used for driving the support body and the supporting plate to move relative to each other respectively in horizontal and vertical directions.
