A fully automatic pipe bender which can drastically reduce the time required for a working cycle and can extremely efficiently manufacture a pipe product. A pipe bender (1) comprises a bender unit (3) which performs bending and a cutter unit (2) which cuts a material pipe (P1) and supplies the cut pipe to the bender unit (3). The bender unit (3) is provided with a bending device (12) and a stripper device (14). The cutter unit (2) is provided with a feeding device (5), a cutter device (8), an insertion clamp (9), and a stopper (11). The cutter device (8) is disposed in front of the feeding device (5). The insertion clamp (9) is disposed in front of the cutter device (8) and is configured so as to be movable along a supply line (L). The stopper (11) is disposed in front of the insertion clamp (9) and is configured so as to be movable from a position at which the stopper (11) blocks the supply line (L) to a position at which the stopper (11) opens the supply line (L).
