Abstract:
A fully automatic platen press type creasing and cutting machine includes a body frame (1), an inclined base table (2), an adjustable moving table (3), a light-controlled paper aligner (4), a transfer device, a paper feeder (7), a positioning device, a power transmission mechanism, a computer control box (11) and a window-type crank plate (14). The working surface of the inclined base table (202) has a tilt angle of 15 degrees from the horizontal plane and is rectangular in shape, allowing it to cooperate with the side gauge (10) of the positioning device to position the object being processed. The adjustable moving table (3) includes a working surface of the moving table (301), a pressure-regulating plate with a sector gear (302), an auxiliary pressure-regulating plate (303), a pressure-regulating shaft (304), a regulating connecting rod (305), a dial (306), an adjusting bolt (307), an adjusting screw (308) and a connecting hole (309), so as to conveniently adjust the height of the moving table. The window-type crank plate (14) includes a rectangle-like window (1402), a connecting rod hole (1403) and a fixed connecting hole (1404), and is used to deliver and mount a pattern plate and to connect the connecting rod. A gripper bar (5) of the transfer device includes a gripper base (501), grippers (502), a fixing device (503), a semicircular opening gripper shaft (504) and an opening gripper arm (505), ensuring the gripper bar opens to the proper angle.
