Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully automatic production line for moxa sticks, the production line sequentially comprising a stick extruder (1), a sectioning device, a roll wrapping device (19), a cutting device, a base mounting device, and a discharging and conveying device, wherein the sectioning device is arranged at a tail end of an extrusion pipe of the stick extruder; the sectioning device is connected to a turning chuck plate A (16) by means of a turnover conveying device; the turning chuck plate A (16) passes through the roll wrapping device (19) and is then connected to a turning chuck plate B (21); the turning chuck plate B (21) passes through the cutting device and is then connected to a turning chuck plate C (31); and the turning chuck plate C (31) sequentially passes through the base mounting device and the discharging and conveying device. It can be seen from the structure that the fully automatic production line for moxa sticks achieves automatic production, including the extrusion, sectioning, roll wrapping, base mounting, and discharging of moxa sticks, thereby improving the production efficiency while also ensuring the production quality.
