Abstract:
A fully automatic red jujube peeling and pit-removing apparatus for jujube paste processing. A first fixed plate (5) and a second fixed plate (8) are respectively mounted on the upper surface of a workbench (11) from left to right; a moving plate (17) is slidably connected to a telescopic end of a first electric telescopic rod (2); a placing plate (3) is fitted with the upper surface of the moving plate (17); a second recycling box (14) and a first recycling box (13) are respectively mounted on the lower surface of the workbench (11) from left to right; a peeling plate (6) is provided below the first fixed plate (5); a peeling cylinder (16) is rotatably mounted below the peeling plate (6); a cleaning plate (7) is provided at an intermediate position of the first fixed plate (5) and the second fixed plate (8). The apparatus can perform peeling and pit-removing on red jujubes at different positions, and automatic operation in the whole process is achieved, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers; moreover, by embedding mounting pins (20) into the interiors of mounting recesses (18), the placing plate (3) after peeling and pit removing can be quickly taken down, such that the working efficiency of the apparatus can be effectively improved.
