Abstract:
A fully automatic sealing system based on CAN bus communication technology, comprising a master control center (1), a connection wire (2), a gland mechanism (3), a sealing mechanism (9) and a conveying mechanism (16), the sealing mechanism (9) and the conveying mechanism (16) both being electrically connected to the master control center (1) by means of the connection wire (2). In the fully automatic sealing system based on CAN bus communication technology, the master control center (1) engages in real-time communication with the gland mechanism (3), the sealing mechanism (9) and the conveying mechanism (16) by means of a CAN communication bus, thereby guaranteeing the control of the respective mechanisms, achieving fully automatic sealing. Meanwhile, a sensor (7) senses the quantities and positions of products, guaranteeing the efficiency and reliability of system sealing. In a communication operation circuit, a first capacitor (C1) and a second capacitor (C2) are used for filtering communication signals so as to guarantee communication accuracy, and a first diode (D1) and a second diode (D2) prevent reverse peak voltage from damaging an integrated circuit, thereby improving the reliability of the communication operation circuit, guaranteeing the normal operation of the system.
