Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application disclose a fully automatic smart material belt value-measuring splicing machine, and relate to the technical field of surface mounting. The splicing machine comprises a conveying apparatus, a value-measuring apparatus, a splicing apparatus, and an upper computer. The conveying apparatus is provided with a conveying space so as to form a conveying path of material belts; and the conveying apparatus can adjust the conveying space according to the width information of the material belts. In this way, the splicing machine can adjust the conveying space according to the width information so as to adapt to material belts of different width sizes and be compatible with the splicing of the material belts of different width sizes. The value-measuring apparatus is provided relative to the position of a measured value, and is used to pierce a packaging film on the material belts and perform value measuring on electronic components in the material belts. The splicing apparatus is provided relative to a splicing position and is used to splice the material belts. The upper computer receives measured value data of the value-measuring apparatus, and controls, according to the measured value data, the conveying apparatus to continue to convey the material belts to the splicing position. In this way, a value is measured before splicing to ensure the quality of spliced material belts, thereby ensuring the quality of subsequent products.
