Abstract:
Provided is a fully automatic stone-cutting machine, comprising a machine frame (1); the machine frame (1) is sequentially provided with a conveying position, a cutting position, and a material-feeding position according to the direction of material travel of the stone; said conveying position is provided with a conveying apparatus (2) used for conveying stone material; the conveying device (2) comprises a plurality of material-feeding rollers, a chain (21) wound on said material-feeding rollers, a plurality of support plates (22) mounted on the chain (21), and a first drive apparatus (23) used for driving the chain (21) to rotate cyclically; said cutting position is provided with a cutting apparatus (3) capable of overturning and transversely sawing the stone material; a receiving groove (4) used for receiving stone material is disposed at said material-feeding position; according to function, the receiving groove (4) is divided into a receiving position and a longitudinal cutting position; said receiving position is located below said cutting position; the machine frame (1) is also provided with a material-pushing apparatus (5) which pushes the stone material at the receiving position to the longitudinal cutting position; said longitudinal cutting position is provided with a cutting blade edge (6) and a second drive apparatus (7) used for driving the cutting edge (6) to turn and cut the stone material. The fully automatic stone-cutting machine has the advantages of a high degree of automation, high cutting precision, and strong maneuverability.
