Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully automatic substrate size detection apparatus (38), comprising a main frame (1), bearing plates (2), a conveyor belt (3), a portal-type walking mechanism (4), and a laser sensor (5), wherein there are a plurality of bearing plates (2) fixed at an equal interval on the main frame (1), one conveyor belt (3) is provided between two adjacent bearing plates (2), the bearing plates (2) located on two sides are both provided with a walking track (6) in the lengthwise direction thereof, the portal-type walking mechanism (4) is mounted on the walking track (6), and the laser sensor (5) is mounted on the portal-type walking mechanism (4) via a third walking mechanism (10). Further disclosed is a substrate detection line, comprising an automatic feeding device (37), the substrate size detection apparatus (38) and an unloading output table (39) connected in sequence. Further disclosed is a substrate size detection method. The present invention can automatically detect the size of the substrate instead of by manual operation, and has the advantages of high detection speed and high detection precision.
