Abstract:
A fully-enclosed fully-automatic nucleic acid extraction kit, in which there is no cross contamination in a nucleic acid extraction process, no sample contact with an extractor, no pollution to the extractor, and no pollution to an experimental environment due to sealing waste solid and liquid in the kit after nucleic acid extraction, and which is convenient to handle. The kit comprises a box body with a sample adding cover and a sample taking cover, the box body comprising a cracking cavity, a sucking and washing cavity, a washing liquid cavity, and an eluent cavity, wherein the bottom of the sucking and washing cavity is in communication with an adsorption cavity, and a nucleic acid adsorption material is arranged in the adsorption cavity; the bottoms of the cracking cavity, the washing liquid cavity, and the eluent cavity are respectively in communication with the adsorption cavity by means of a cracking liquid pipeline which is connected to a cracking liquid valve in series, a washing liquid pipeline which is connected to a washing liquid valve in series, and an eluent pipeline which is connected to an eluent valve in series; the cracking liquid valve, the washing liquid valve, and the eluent valve are all non-contact control switch valves; a magnetic stirrer is arranged in the cracking cavity; and a piston which slides up and down along an inner wall of the sucking and washing cavity in a sealing contact manner is arranged in the sucking and washing cavity.
