Abstract:
A fully-enclosed gas extraction pump energy conservation system employing a drag-reducing working fluid comprises a gas purification system (1), a gas extraction pump working fluid circulation system (2), a fluid supplementing system (3), and a host computer (4) monitoring system. Gas in an extraction pipeline carries a portion of pulverized coal, is purified by a cyclone dust collector (101), and enters a gas extraction pump (201) in which a drag-reducing polymer liquid is used as a working medium. A gas-liquid separator (202) and a liquid-liquid heat exchanger (205) cause the drag-reducing working fluid to be recycled. With the help of a low-drag dehydrator (301) on a gas discharging pipeline (8), fully-closed circulation of the drag-reducing fluid is realized. A liquid level sensor (304) monitors the liquid level in the gas-liquid separator (202), and the monitoring system automatically performs liquid supplementation in the gas-liquid separator (202), and monitors, in real time, the flow rate of the drag-reducing fluid, the pressure difference of the heat exchanger, and the dust concentration in the pipeline, thereby ensuring stable and reliable operation of a ground extraction system. The system greatly improves operational efficiency and water conservation capability of a gas extraction pump station, significantly reduces costs of a drag-reducing liquid, conserves manpower and material resources, and has wide application.
