Abstract:
A fully functional compartment (11), an expansion compartment (12) having a charging chamber (302), and a battery swapping station. The fully functional compartment (11) comprises a battery swapping chamber (101) and at least two charging chambers (102), wherein each of the charging chambers (102) is provided with a battery charger (51) therein for charging and discharging a battery, a lift (6) for taking and placing the battery, and a battery swapping apparatus, which travels to and fro between the charging chamber (102) and the battery swapping chamber (101) and is used for swapping the battery of an electric vehicle; at least two rows of charging frames (5) are arranged side by side in the charging chamber (102) in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of a vehicle; the lift (6) is arranged in a lifting region between the two rows of charging frames (5); and the battery charger (51) is arranged on one side of the charging frame (5). The expansion compartment (12) comprises at least one charging chamber (302), a battery carrying mechanism (303), a moving region for a lifting transfer mechanism (304), and a charging mechanism (305). The battery swapping station comprises the fully functional compartment (11) and the expansion compartment (12). The fully functional compartment (11) can independently swap a battery of an electric vehicle, and charge and store a battery pack. The fully functional compartment (11) has a compact arrangement therein, thereby effectively utilizing the internal space thereof. The expansion compartment (12) expands the storage space and charging space for batteries, thereby expanding the capacity of the battery swapping station without increasing the occupied area.
