Abstract:
Provided is a fully human neutralizing antibody combating tetanus toxin. Specifically provided is a monoclonal antibody combating tetanus toxoid, having heavy chain CDR1-3 regions as shown in SEQ ID NOs. 1-3 and light chain CDR1-3 regions as shown in SEQ ID NOs. 5-7. Also disclosed are the use of an antibody combating tetanus toxin in prevention and treatment of tetanus infection-related diseases, and the use in detection of tetanus infection. The antibody combating tetanus toxin is a fully human monoclonal antibody, without immunogenicity and with a good specificity, a high affinity and a high valence.
