Abstract:
A fully premixed automatic control gas stir-frying furnace comprises a furnace chamber (1), a blower (2) and a gas pipeline (3). A burner (4) and an ignition system are mounted in a middle part of the furnace chamber (1). The gas pipeline (3) is provided with a gas valve (5). Outlets of the gas valve (5) are connected to a normally open flame gas pipe (6) and a stir-frying furnace main gas pipe (7) respectively. A back end of the stir-frying furnace main gas pipe (7) has a narrowing inner diameter and is mounted with a thin and long gas nozzle (71), and an outer diameter is connected to a mixing pipe (8). The other end of the mixing pipe (8) is communicated with the burner (4). The furnace chamber (1) is in a hollow dual-layer stainless steel structure. An interlayer of the furnace chamber (1) is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The air inlet is connected to the blower (2) through an air inlet pipe (21), and the air outlet is communicated with the mixing pipe (8) at a root part of the gas nozzle (71) through a hot air pipe (22), forming a hot air channel entering the mixing pipe (8). The stir-frying furnace effectively improves a heat utilization rate so that a burning speed of mixed gas is fast and flame temperature is high. Linkage control is used, an ignition and fire outbreak speed is fast, and firepower adjustment is convenient. The burner (4) of the stir-frying furnace can significantly improve heat efficiency of a stove, and significantly reduce emission of CO in flue gas.
