Abstract:
A fully sealed centrifugal extraction apparatus, comprising a high-speed motor (100), a transmission box (200), and a centrifugal extractor (300), a high-speed magnetic transmission apparatus (500) being arranged in the transmission box (200), a transmission shaft (301) being arranged in the centrifugal extractor (300), the magnetic transmission apparatus (500) comprising an active magnetic ring (501), an intermediate isolating sleeve (502), and a passive magnetic ring (503), the active magnetic ring (501) being sleeved over the outside of the intermediate isolating sleeve (502) and being connected to the high-speed motor (100), the passive magnetic ring (503) being arranged inside the intermediate isolating sleeve (502) and being connected to the transmission shaft (301), and the intermediate isolating sleeve (530) being in sealed communication with the centrifugal extractor (300). The present apparatus meets the sealing requirements for an extractor apparatus, and can resist chemical corrosion.
