Abstract:
A fully sealed intelligent wired drill pipe tool joint. A male tool joint (1) and a female tool joint (2) are sealingly screwed together by means of a first screw thread pair (3) and a second screw thread pair (4). A contact ring (5) for sealing and insulating the male tool joint is provided on an outer wall of the male tool joint and between the first screw thread pair and the second screw thread pair, a metal contact member (6) of the male tool joint is embedded in an outer wall of the contact ring (5) for sealing and insulating the male tool joint, a wire hole (1a) of the male tool joint is provided in the male tool joint, and a pre-embedded wire (7) of the male tool joint is pre-embedded in the contact ring for sealing and insulating the male tool joint. A contact ring (8) for sealing and insulating the female tool joint is provided on an inner wall of the female tool joint, a metal contact member (9) of the female tool joint is embedded in an inner wall of the contact ring for sealing and insulating the female tool joint, a wire hole (2a) of the female tool joint is provided in the female tool joint, and a pre-embedded wire (10) of the female tool joint is pre-embedded in the contact ring for sealing and insulating the female tool joint. The metal contact member of the male tool joint tightly abuts the metal contact member of the female tool joint. The tool joints have a simple structure and low cost, and effectively solves the problems of seal, insulation, and high vibration while ensuring transmission of power, signals, and torque.
