Abstract:
The present invention provides a functional acrylic emulsion, which comprises: 5-20 parts by weight of a styrene-acrylic resin emulsion; 66.5-73.5 parts by weight of water; 5-10 parts by weight of a hard monomer; 5-10 parts by weight of a soft monomer; 1-2 parts by weight of a functional monomer; 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of acrylic acid; 0.5-1 parts by weight of diacetone acrylamide; 0.25-0.5 parts by weight of adipic dihydrazide; 0.5-2 parts by weight of an emulsifier; 0.5-2 parts by weight of an initiator; and 0.1-0.2 parts by weight of a defoaming agent. Compared with the prior art, the design principle of a hard core and a soft shell is used in the present invention. The styrene-acrylic resin emulsion is used as a seed emulsion and is subjected to core-shell polymerization with the hard monomer, the soft monomer, the functional monomer, and acrylic acid to obtain a self-crosslinking functional acrylic emulsion with a good wear resistance. In addition, diacetone acrylamide and adipic dihydrazide are introduced during the polymerization process for crosslinking, such that the wear resistance and after-tack resistance of the acrylic emulsion are further improved.
