Abstract:
The present invention relates to a functional beverage composition using chlorella and deep seawater, which consists of 0.1-5 wt % of chlorella powder, 90-99 wt % of deep seawater, 0.001-0.5 wt % of grapefruit extract, 0.01-5 wt % of honey, 0.1-5 wt % of polydextrose, 0.001-1 wt % of citric acid, and 0.001-0.1 wt % of Steviten-Fresh. The functional effects of deep seawater and chlorella, such as the antioxidant, anticancer, antiinflammation, and antidiabetes effects, as well as the effects of preventing or treating brain and cardiovascular diseases, can be obtained by drinking the beverage.
