Abstract:
The present invention relates to a whole grain-containing cereal bar for inhibiting a rise in blood glucose level and a manufacturing method therefor, and more specifically, to a cereal bar for inhibiting a rise in blood glucose level and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein the whole grains comprise any one or more component selected from the group consisting of brown rice, whole wheat, whole barley, oats, modified starch, dietary fiber and black beans. In addition, the present invention provides a method for using the cereal bar for preventing diabetes and as a meal or a meal replacement for a diabetes patient.
