Abstract:
The present invention provides a functional device and a household appliance having same. The functional device comprises: at least one slow-release functional unit, wherein the slow-release functional unit comprises an insoluble base frame and a soluble functional portion. Therefore, a functional material required in the use process of the household appliance can be carried by adding the soluble functional portion having a specific function into a space supported by the insoluble base frame.
