A film mirror (10a) wherein a reflecting layer (5) is provided on a base material (3) is provided with: a corrosion preventing layer (6) composed of a silicone-modified resin, said corrosion preventing layer being laminated adjacent to the light reflecting side of the reflecting layer (5) by containing a silane coupling agent; and a hard coat layer (9), which is laminated on the outermost surface on the light reflecting side by containing an UV absorbent.
