Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a functional insole capable of adjusting an arch height according to individual foot shapes, and comprising: a main insole (10) provided to come in contact with the sole of a user's foot; a height-adjustable arch part (20), which is selectively attachable and detachable, coupled to the main insole (10), and coupled to an arch portion of a user so as to adjust the height thereof; an attachment/detachment unit (30) having a fixing and coupling part (300) capable of being attached to and detached from the arch part, and provided on the bottom surface of the main insole (10); and a shock-absorbing part (40) provided at the heel portion of the bottom surface of the main insole (10) so as to absorb and relieve shocks.
