Abstract:
The present invention relates to a functional insole inserted and installed in a shoe so as to support a wearer's sole and, more specifically, to a functional insole having a structural improvement in supporting a part of the outside of a sole during walking to make the walking comfortable, prevent the insole from being bent toward the outside of the sole, and massage the sole, thereby helping correct walking postures and bowed legs. According to the present invention, an insole is structurally improved to have: a massage protrusion formed at one side of the upper surface thereof to support a part of the outside of a sole during walking; and a reception groove formed on a rear part of the upper surface thereof. Therefore, the insole has an advantageous effect of making walking comfortable, preventing the insole from being bent toward the outside of the sole, and massaging the sole, thereby helping correct walking postures and bowed legs and contributing to a health improvement.
