Abstract:
The present invention relates to a functional mask comprising: a frame part having a convex shape so as to encompass the perioral part of the human body, and having an external air intake port formed at an upper part thereof and a discharge port, formed at a lower part thereof, for discharging the air to be discharged from the mouth; a cover part, which is arranged at a front surface of the frame part so as to accommodate a filter provided at the intake port, and simultaneously is coupled to the front surface at a predetermined interval from the frame part so as to flow, into the intake port, external air through an upper part, a lower part, and a lateral surface of the frame part; and a side body part, which is coupled to a rear surface of the frame part such that the perioral part of the human body and the frame part are in close contact. According to the present invention, the functional mask can remove moisture and carbon dioxide by smoothly discharging the moisture and carbon dioxide inside the mask, is easy to use, and has excellent filtering performance on external contaminants.
