Abstract:
The present invention relates to a functional pillow comprising: a first support unit (20) including a neck bone support (22) and a head support (24) on which the head of a user lying flat is to be disposed and supported; second support units (30) arranged at the left and right sides of the first support unit (20), respectively, such that the side of the head of the user lying on his/her side is disposed and supported by each second support unit (30), wherein each second support unit (30) has a jaw support portion (33) that protrudes so as to support a lower end of the lower jaw of the head of the user lying on his/her side; and a cushion (10) that covers the first support unit (20) and the second support unit (30). Accordingly, the lower end of the lower jaw of the user may be supported even when the user sleeps lying on his/her side, thus enabling the head of the user to be balanced and stably positioned, thereby reducing fatigue and enabling the user to sleep soundly.
