Abstract:
A process for producing a functional grain−containing preparation quickly disintegrated in the oral cavity characterized by comprising filling in a mold an aqueous dispersion containing (a) a dispersant showing a dispersion maintaining ratio of about 75% or above and a viscosity of about 100 mPa · s or less at 25 °C in case of being contained homogeneously in water at a concentration of 1% by weight, (b) water−soluble saccharides and (c) the functional grains and then eliminating water&semi and functional grain−containing preparations quickly disintegrated in the oral cavity characterized by containing (a) a dispersant showing a dispersion maintaining ratio of about 75% or above and a viscosity of about 100 mPa · s or less at 25 °C in case of being contained homogeneously in water at a concentration of 1% by weight, (b) water−soluble saccharides and (c) the functional grains
