Abstract:
The present invention relates to functional rice containing a large amount of cordycepin, which is an important functional ingredient of Cordyceps
militaris, and to a method for producing same. In further detail, the present invention relates to a method for producing functional rice by: mixing husked rice and deep sea water, adding the mixture to a sterilizing vessel in which plant carbon fibers have been added, and sterilizing same; cooling and inoculating Cordyceps
militaris spawn, and then culturing same in a dark room at a humidity of 70% or more and a temperature of 20-25ºC; and in the next step, using an LED lamp for daylight culturing the Cordyceps
militaris spawn so as to expose same to light at a brightness of 1000 lux or more for a period of 10 days, during which period the contents are shaken about 2-3 times for 1 day, and then drying the contents for 15-30 hours at 50-70ºC.
