Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a functional safety power strip configured so that an insertion part into which a plug is inserted always faces the ground so as to protect the insertion part into which a plug is inserted from collected dust or falling water, and thus safety from risks such as a fire or electric shock is guaranteed. The present invention provides a power strip in which a cable is connected to one side of a main body having a plurality of insertion parts into which a plug can be inserted, the power strip comprising: a shaft support part formed on the main body on the opposite side of the insertion parts; a rotary shaft coupled to the shaft support part; and a supporter for supporting the rotary shaft to be a predetermined height from the ground, and thus the power strip in which plugs are inserted rotates around the rotary shaft through the weight of the power strip while the insertion parts face the ground.
