Abstract:
Provided is a functional subgroup of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells that has a high-expression marker on the surface of cells. The marker not only comprises widely recognized CD105, CD73 and CD90, but also comprises newly discovered CXCR4 and CD271. Also provided are a flow cytometric sorting method for the functional subgroup of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, an immunosuppressive composition comprising the functional subgroup of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, and the use thereof. The functional subgroup of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells provides a new therapeutic approach for accurately treating immune inflammatory diseases using stem cells.
