Abstract:
Functionalized graphene. The functionalized graphene is graphene of which the surface is grafted with one or more active molecules. The active molecule comprises a plurality of terminal functional groups, and the plurality of terminal functional groups comprises at least two active functional groups. The active functional groups can undergo a chemical reaction with molecules in organic silicone oil, and therefore, the functionalized graphene can be dissolved into the organic silicone oil uniformly, and then polyorganosiloxane prepared from the functionalized graphene has good heat conductivity. In addition, also provided are a preparation method for the functionalized graphene and corresponding polyorganosiloxane.
