Abstract:
A functionalized protein nanoparticle-based core-shell type assembly, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The functionalized protein nanoparticle-based core-shell type assembly comprises outer functionalized protein nanoparticles and an internal oil phase material, the core-shell type assembly is prepared in one step by using a probe ultrasonic emulsification method, and the functionalized protein nanoparticles are assembled on the outer side of the oil phase material to form a shell structure; and the core-shell type assembly has a core-shell structure, and an assembly unit and an internal oil phase can be randomly replaced, such that the core-shell type assembly has tumor treatment functions such as photothermal therapy and chemotherapy of a tumor, and tumor multi-mode imaging diagnosis functions such as magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasonic imaging of the tumor.
