Abstract:
Disclosed are a functionalized two-dimensional layered transition metal carbide material f-MXene and a preparation method therefor and use thereof in rubber, belonging to the field of carbide composite materials. In the present invention, a transition metal carbide MXene, a silane coupling agent and water are mixed, then an organotin catalyst is added, stirred and reacted at 40ºC-80ºC, and then dried under a vacuum, such that the functionalized two-dimensional layered transition metal carbide material is thus obtained, and is labelled as f-MXene. The present invention applies a transition metal carbide in the field of rubbers for the first time, and the carbide material MXene after modification overcomes defects such as the poor compatibility of a two-dimensional layered transition metal carbide material MXene with a latex and being easy to agglomerate, and has advantages such as improving the bond of an interface and a substrate and improving the electrical and mechanical performances of rubbers. Furthermore, the preparation process is environmentally-friendly, efficient, and energy saving, and has a high product recovery. The material is an environmentally-friendly rubber filler, and has a wide application prospect in the industrial production of rubbers.
