Abstract:
The present invention provides uses of human protein phosphatase 1 inhibitor-2
(IPP2) for manufacturing the compositions which inhibit secretion of inflammatory
factors including IL-6 and TNFα. It also discloses a method for screening
the substances which inhibit secretion of inflammatory factors, by using IPP2
as a target for drug screening.
