A fund flow system, method and apparatus. The system comprises a block chain network, and a debtor node, a creditor node and a payer node in the network respectively correspond to a debtor, a creditor and a payer. A material transfer event for the debtor in which the creditor participates generates accounts payable information comprising amount payable. The creditor node is used for: initiating a voucher issuing transaction containing the accounts payable information, the transaction being used for instructing to generate, for the creditor, a credit voucher the credit amount of which is not greater than the amount payable; and initiating a fund flow transaction containing the credit voucher. The debtor node is used for triggering execution of the voucher issuing transaction when the verification of the accounts payable information by the debtor is passed. The payer node is used for triggering execution of the fund flow transaction when the verification of the credit voucher by the payer is passed, the transaction being used for instructing the payer to transfer discounted funds of the credit amount to the creditor. The solution improves the loaning enthusiasm of a payer and a borrowing success rate of a creditor.
