Abstract:
The present invention relates to a funding management and post management system using an open platform, and a method therefor, in which: a company which wishes to raise funds announces, on the homepage, company information, achievement status of milestones, and the like from the beginning of the business start-up of the company, and investors access the sub-homepage or main homepage of the company, thereby continuously monitoring a timeline and the like, which chronologically show the achievement status of milestones and activity history of the company occurring during operation of the company, and selecting a company of interest in which the investor seeks to invest; and when a company raises funds, investment information of leading investors participating in the beginning of the funding is open to other investors to induce competitive investment participation, thereby successfully raising crowdfunding by multiple investors, and the public are consistently notified of the activity history of the company and company information through the timeline after investment, thereby resulting in the effects of public notice of unlisted companies.
