Abstract:
A furnace hearth temperature monitoring and alarming apparatus for a reverberatory furnace, comprising a furnace body (1) and a housing (3) mounted on the outer side wall of the furnace body (1). A housing side cavity (22) is provided on the side wall of the housing (3); several gas storage tanks (9) are mounted in the housing side cavity (22); a housing cavity (5) is provided in the housing (3); peristaltic pumps (8) matched and connected with the gas storage tanks (9) are provided on the inner side wall of the housing cavity (5); a combination valve (7) is fixed on the inner side wall of the housing cavity (5); a valve body (46) matched and connected with the peristaltic pumps (8) is provided on the combination valve (7); a gas exhaust pipeline (25) is mounted between the furnace body (1) and the housing (3); one end of the gas exhaust pipeline (25) is connected to the combination valve (7), and the other end is provided in the furnace body (1); a temperature sensing component (6) and an execution component (4) are fixed on the inner side wall of the housing cavity (5); one part of the temperature sensing component (6) penetrates through the side wall of the furnace body (1) and is provided in the furnace body (1), and the other part is connected to the execution component (4); a circuit board (11) matched and connected with the valve body (46) is mounted at the bottom of the execution component (4); the circuit board (11) is connected to the valve body (46); a sound generator (10) connected to the circuit board (11) is fixed on the inner side wall of the housing cavity (5).
