Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fuse control system and method using defective mode detection, the system and method integrating an overcurrent prevention fuse with a signal fuse, for circuit protection, capable of performing functions in various conditions, so as to enable protection of a circuit in response to overcurrent and short circuit situations and to overvoltage, high temperature, low temperature, and other dangerous situations, and facilitating circuit configuration by reducing a wide design space and design cost, which have to be supervised when various kinds of fuses are used in series, such that circuit resistance is lowered, and thus a good influence can be exerted on a battery.
