Abstract:
Provided is a method for fusing members together each of which is a composite member that contains reinforcing fibers and a thermoplastic resin or a resin member that contains a thermoplastic resin, the method comprising: a step for disposing, between the members, a susceptor which contains conductive powder having heat generating efficiency higher than those of the members; a step for fusing the members together by pressing the members and heating the susceptor; and a step for cooling a fused body which is obtained by fusing the members together, wherein in the step for fusing the members together, the susceptor is heated by dielectric heating or magnetic field heating.
