Abstract:
Disclosed is a fusion carrier protein which acts as an inclusion body tag, the amino acid sequence of the fusion carrier protein being derived from insulin. Also disclosed are a nucleic acid molecule coding the fusion carrier protein, an expression vector and a host cell containing the nucleic acid molecule, and an application of the fusion carrier protein, the nucleic acid molecule, the expression vector and the host cell in promoting heterologous protein or polypeptide expression.
