Abstract:
Provided is a fusion cutting device usable as a separation mechanism for releasing the positional relationship between a first object and a second object that are fixed by a connecting body and facilitating fixing work. The fusion cutting device (1) of the present invention comprises: a fusion cutting device main body (2) consisting of a tubular connecting-body housing portion (5) for giving a connecting body (3) a passage in a slidable manner, an electric heater portion (7) wound around the outside of the connecting-body housing portion (5) in a coil shape, and a case (13) for housing the connecting-body housing portion (5) and the electric heater portion (7); a power supply (9) for supplying current to the electric heater portion (7); and a switch circuit (11) for allowing the current to flow from the power supply (9) to the electric heater portion (7). A first object and a second object are fixed by the connecting body (3). When the switch circuit (11) is turned on, the current flows from the power supply (9) to the electric heater portion (7), and the connecting-body housing portion (5) and the connecting body (3) being inserted into the connecting-body housing portion (5) are fused, thereby separating the first object from the second object.
