Provided is a fusion mixer for processing a high-viscosity material, comprising a main body which is a mixer barrel body (10), an upper head (8), a lower head (16) and a stirring device provided within the mixer barrel body (10). The stirring device is installed on the upper head (8). The upper head (8) and the lower head (16) are provided on the mixer barrel body (10). Several inner jackets (14), a scraping device, inner supports (23) in a number matching that of the inner jackets (14), and an outer heater are installed within the mixer barrel body (10). Each inner jacket (14) is matched with one inner support (23). The inner support (23) is fixed at the bottom of the barrel of the mixer barrel body (10). The inner jacket (14) is fixed and provided on the inner support (23). The outer heater is uniformly fixed on the outer surface of the mixer barrel body (10). The scraping device and the stirring device can be driven by the same motor, and can also be driven by two motors, respectively.
