Title:
FUSION POLYPEPTIDE FOR INHIBITING COMPLEMENT ACTIVATION PATHWAY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/070521
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In one embodiment, the present invention addresses the problem of: providing an agent for inhibiting a lectin pathway and an alternative pathway; and others. In one embodiment, the present invention relates to: a fusion polypeptide containing a first region on the N-terminal side and a second region on the C-terminal side, wherein the first region contains a CUB1 domain and an EGF domain of MASP-2 protein or sMAP protein and the second region contains an SCR domain of factor H protein; a polynucleotide encoding the fusion polypeptide; a vector carrying the polynucleotide; and others.
