Title:
FUSION PROTEIN COMPRISING GLUTATHIONE-S-TRANSFERASE AND PROTEIN HAVING BINDING AFFINITY TARGET CELL OR TARGET PROTEIN, AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/107896
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fusion protein comprising glutathione-S-transferase and a protein having binding affinity for a target cell or a target protein, and a use thereof as a drug delivery carrier and a pharmaceutical composition. A fusion protein and a drug delivery carrier comprising the same according to an aspect can prolong the retention time in vivo and have enhanced targeting ability toward target cells. Hence, the protein can be effectively delivered to the target cells and has the effect of being useful as an agent for targeted therapy.
